Tuesday July 10th - the legendary OI POLLOI in Victoria!

For the first time since their inception in 1981, the legendary Scottish punk act OI POLLOI will be doing a small tour of western Canada.

For those who haven't heard very much about these folks, it's worth checking them out - They've got piles of full-lengths, splits and eps out for your listening (and reading) pleasure since they've been consistantly releasing music from '86 - 2012. Oi Polloi have also built themselves a solid fan base not only for their strong musical aesthetic, but also for their overt support of direct action in support of environmental issues, and also in resistance to racism, sexism, imperialism, homophobia and facism - and more recently working towards reviving and reclamation of Gaelic language and culture.

So - Black Raven Records is proud to co-host OI POLLOI in Victoria, in cooperation with No Fun City! and Camas Books and Infoshop.
